The key words are the starting point for searching texts already in the database or to store the ones you want to reuse in the future.
More than 400 words are already pre-loaded in the system, presumed to be of general commercial use (invoice, purchase order, confirmation, product, reminder, etc.). These words are already translated in 5 languages (Italian, English, French, German and Spanish).
In addition, the user can create their own "user dictionary" in which to add other words of general use or specific terms of their business field (those who work in mechanics will have words like "gear", "gear", etc., while the fashion operator is interested in words like " fashion show", "collection", etc.).
To make the service use as simple as possible, SMARTRAN was designed so that:
• searching for texts or in their storage for a subsequent recall, the system uses the preloaded standard keywords and those of the user dictionary as a single set, without the user being forced to "jump" from one list to another.
• if the keyword of interest is not found in the archive, the user may add it to their own custom dictionary also during the search for a text or of its storage.
